Welcome to Advanced Koryo shop. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
Advanced Koryo shop is owned and operated by Advanced Koryo Co., Ltd., a company registered in the Republic of Korea.
1. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images of car figures, and apparel designs, is the exclusive property of Advanced Koryo Co., Ltd. and is protected by international copyright laws and the Copyright Act of the Republic of Korea. Any unauthorized use of our materials is strictly prohibited.
2. Limitation of Liability
Advanced Koryo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the products offered on this site. Regarding car accessories, it is the user's absolute responsibility to ensure correct fitment and professional installation. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
3. Pricing & Typographical Errors
While we strive for 100% accuracy, errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur.
Correction Rights: If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Advanced Koryo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.
Notification: If your order is affected, we will contact you to ask if you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.
4. Currency & International Pricing
Our primary currency is the South Korean Won (KRW). Prices shown in other currencies (such as USD) are estimates based on current exchange rates and are subject to market fluctuations. The final price you pay is the one displayed at the time of checkout.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Shipping Method: We select the most appropriate carrier for your delivery. We are not responsible for delays arising from the carrier's operations.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Claims: Any claims for damages during transit must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Approval: Returns are only accepted with prior approval from our team and are subject to a mandatory condition check upon arrival.
Fees: For approved returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for specialized automotive equipment or high-value collectibles if the original packaging or collector's box is compromised.
7. Taxes & Import Licenses
Our prices do not include local taxes, VAT, or customs duties. Customers are entirely responsible for paying any import duties or taxes required by their local authorities. It is the customer's sole responsibility to secure any necessary import licenses for car-related hardware or specialized accessories.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Arbitration: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled through binding arbitration administered by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) in Seoul.
All proceedings shall be conducted in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
