Booking terms: 50% confirms the booking, the balance is due on delivery of the report. Prices exclude paid exhibition entry fees and trade visitor registration. We need your booking confirmed at least 10 days before opening day so we can work through the exhibitor directory and arrange meetings.

Which package should I choose?
If you're still exploring the market, start with Floor coverage. If you already have a target list of suppliers, Attend on your behalf gets you pricing and MOQs from each one. If you want to leave the show ready to place an order, Meetings & interpretation arranges the sit-downs and interprets them for you.
Can I combine packages across more than one show?
Yes. Many clients book Floor coverage on a smaller show and Attend on your behalf or Meetings & interpretation on the flagship show of their sector. Tell us your sector and dates on the booking form and we'll suggest a schedule.
What currency are prices in, and how do I pay?
All prices are in US dollars. 50% confirms the booking and the balance is due on delivery of your report — payment details are sent once your quote is confirmed.
What if the show I need isn't in the calendar?
Send us the show name and dates through the booking form or WhatsApp. If it's a trade fair in Korea, we can usually cover it even if it isn't listed yet.
