Section 03

Treatment of Amounts Paid

Amounts paid under the above service packages are treated as part of the customer's overall transaction with Advanced Koryo.

If the customer completes the purchase of a vehicle through Advanced Koryo, the amount paid may be credited toward the final transaction amount, subject to the applicable quotation and invoice.

If the customer decides to postpone the purchase before approving a specific vehicle, the amount may, subject to these Terms, remain as customer credit for future use when the customer resumes the purchasing process.

Credit may not be transferred to another person without the Company's written approval.

Section 04

Payment Does Not Automatically Reserve a Vehicle

Payment of a service fee, commitment amount, or deposit does not automatically reserve any vehicle listed in the Korean market.

A vehicle shall only be considered reserved or purchased once:

1. The vehicle's actual availability has been confirmed by the seller.

2. The customer has approved the vehicle and final purchase price.

3. The required purchase funds have been received.

4. The seller has accepted the transaction or the vehicle purchase has been completed.

The customer acknowledges that desirable vehicles in the Korean market may be sold to another buyer at any time before these steps are completed.

Section 05

Vehicle Availability and Market Conditions

Vehicle sourcing depends on actual market availability at the time the service is performed.

Advanced Koryo does not guarantee that a vehicle matching every requested specification will be available.

Available options may vary depending on factors including:

• Model and year

• Exterior and interior color

• Trim and specifications

• Mileage

• Vehicle condition

• Accident or repair history

• Market price

• Currency exchange rates

• Seller availability

The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to identify vehicles that most closely match the customer's requirements and provide appropriate market value.

Section 06

Prices and Quotations

All prices provided before purchase are considered estimates or quotations unless expressly stated otherwise as a fixed final price.

Prices may change due to:

• Seller price changes

• Currency exchange rate fluctuations

• Auction or platform fees

• Inland transportation costs

• Ocean freight rates

• Port charges

• Additional requested services

A vehicle price becomes final only after the customer approves the quotation, the required funds are received, and the vehicle purchase is completed.

Certain offers may be valid only for a limited period because vehicle pricing and availability can change rapidly in the Korean market.

Section 07

Customer Vehicle Approval

Before purchasing a specific vehicle, the customer will receive the available information relevant to the vehicle according to the selected service package.

Once the customer approves the vehicle and price in writing or electronically, that approval shall be treated as authorization to proceed with the purchase.

Customer approval may be provided through:

• The Company website

• Email

• WhatsApp

• Electronic messaging

• An approved quotation or invoice

• Any other documented communication channel accepted by the Company

Once the Company has acted upon the customer's authorization and the vehicle has been purchased or funds have been committed to the seller, a change of mind by the customer shall not automatically create a right to cancel or obtain a refund.

Section 08

Vehicle Inspection

Depending on the service package and the availability of inspection services, Advanced Koryo may review or arrange information concerning the vehicle's condition.

This may include:

• Accident history

• Available insurance records

• Body and chassis condition

• Available service history

• Photos and video

• Exterior inspection

• Mechanical or electronic inspection where available

Any inspection represents the observable condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection.

No inspection can guarantee the discovery of all:

• Internal defects

• Future mechanical failures

• Intermittent faults

• Hidden defects

• Unreported previous repairs

• Information withheld by sellers or third parties

Inspection services are intended to reduce purchasing risk and do not constitute a comprehensive mechanical warranty.

Section 09

Used Vehicle Condition

The customer acknowledges that used vehicles may show signs of normal wear consistent with their age and mileage.

These may include:

• Minor scratches

• Interior wear

• Previous repairs

• Repainted body panels

• Minor differences between photographs and actual condition

The customer's purchase decision shall be based on the information reasonably available at the time of approval.

Section 10

Cancellation Before Vehicle Purchase

If the customer suspends the search or postpones the purchase before a specific vehicle has been purchased, the amount paid shall be handled according to the stage of the service and the work already performed.

The Company may allow eligible amounts to remain as customer credit for future use.

Services already performed, including research, review, sourcing, inspection, negotiation, or third-party expenses, are not automatically refundable.

Any refund, where applicable, shall be determined according to the stage of service completed and the actual costs incurred by the Company.

Section 11

Cancellation After Vehicle Approval and Purchase

Once the customer has approved a specific vehicle and the Company has purchased the vehicle, transferred funds to the seller, or otherwise entered into a financial commitment based on the customer's authorization, the transaction becomes an actual vehicle purchase transaction rather than a sourcing service.

Advanced Koryo shall not be obligated to cancel the transaction or refund amounts paid solely because the customer changes their mind.

If cancellation or resale is commercially and legally possible, it shall be subject to approval by the Company and relevant third parties, and all losses, charges, fees, and expenses incurred shall be deducted accordingly.

Section 12

Vehicle Becomes Unavailable

If an approved vehicle cannot be purchased because it has been sold to another buyer, the seller refuses the transaction, or material new information is discovered before purchase completion, the Company may:

• Recommend an alternative vehicle

• Continue searching for another suitable option

• Retain the customer's credit for use toward another vehicle

• Agree on another reasonable solution with the customer

Advanced Koryo shall not be responsible for the loss of a vehicle that is sold before the purchase process is fully completed.

Section 13

Payments

All payments must be made through:

• Official Company bank accounts

• Approved payment channels

• Authorized entities officially designated to collect funds on behalf of Advanced Koryo

The Company is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized persons or accounts.

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for bank transfer charges, intermediary bank charges, and other financial transaction fees.

Section 14

Invoices and Export Documentation

Invoices and export-related documents will be prepared according to the nature of the transaction, South Korean regulations, shipping requirements, and destination-country requirements.

Documents may include:

• Commercial invoice

• Export documentation

• Bill of lading

• Available vehicle documents

• Other shipping or customs-related documentation

The consignee, importer, or recipient name shall be determined based on the transaction structure and applicable export and shipping requirements.

Section 15

Shipping

International shipping from South Korea is arranged according to available shipping options at the time of shipment.

All estimated departure and arrival dates are indicative only, unless expressly guaranteed by the shipping carrier.

Delays may occur due to:

• Shipping company schedule changes

• Port congestion

• Weather conditions

• Vessel rescheduling

• Customs inspections

• Government decisions

• Events beyond the Company's reasonable control

A delay beyond the estimated arrival date shall not, by itself, constitute a breach by Advanced Koryo.

Section 16

Marine Insurance

Marine insurance is not automatically included unless expressly stated in the quotation or invoice.

Customers wishing to obtain additional cargo or marine insurance must request it before shipment.

Section 17

Customs Duties and Taxes

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the quotation, the customer is responsible for:

• Customs duties

• Value-added tax

• Customs clearance fees

• Port fees

• Vehicle registration fees

• Local inspection fees

• Local insurance

• Any other governmental or regulatory charges at the destination

Advanced Koryo may provide estimated customs or tax calculations for convenience.

Such calculations are indicative only and do not bind any customs, tax, or governmental authority.

Section 18

Vehicle Import Eligibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the selected vehicle is eligible for importation and registration in the destination country.

Advanced Koryo may assist by providing available information, but import and customs regulations may change without notice.

The customer should verify requirements relating to:

• Vehicle model year

• Vehicle age

• Fuel type

• Technical specifications

• Accident or damage history

• Electric or hybrid vehicles

• Any other restrictions imposed by the destination country

Section 19

Customs Clearance

Once the vehicle arrives at the destination port, the customer may appoint the customs broker or service provider of their choice unless customs clearance is expressly included in the agreed service.

Any storage, demurrage, port, or delay charges resulting from the customer's or customs broker's failure to complete clearance in a timely manner shall be the customer's responsibility.

Section 20

Third-Party Service Providers

Advanced Koryo may use third-party service providers, including:

• Inspection centers

• Inland transportation companies

• Vehicle storage yards

• Shipping companies

• Ports

• Auction houses

• Online vehicle platforms

The Company will exercise reasonable care in selecting service providers but does not have complete control over their independent operations, schedules, or performance.

Section 21

Communication

The customer agrees that electronic communication may be used to manage the transaction, including:

• WhatsApp

• Email

• Website messages

• Other approved electronic communication channels

The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact details and monitoring messages related to their order.

Customers are also asked to take into account the time difference between South Korea and their destination country when communicating with the Company.

Section 22

Force Majeure

Advanced Koryo shall not be liable for delays, failures, or inability to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Wars

• International conflicts

• Pandemics

• Labor strikes

• Port closures

• Global maritime disruptions

• Government restrictions

• Sudden changes to export or import regulations

• International sanctions or embargoes

• Events affecting shipping companies or banking systems

Where reasonably possible, the Company will inform the customer and take commercially reasonable measures to reduce the impact of such events.

Section 23

Limitation of Liability

Advanced Koryo will provide its services with commercially reasonable care and professionalism.

The Company shall not be responsible for:

• Decisions made by the customer contrary to the Company's recommendations

• Incorrect or undisclosed information provided by sellers or third parties

• Defects that could not reasonably be detected through the available inspection

• Changes in laws or regulations in the destination country

• Losses resulting from the customer's delay in payment or approval

• A vehicle being sold to another buyer before purchase completion

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Section 24

Intellectual Property

All content on the Advanced Koryo website, including:

• Text

• Images

• Designs

• Logos

• Branding

• Commercial content

is owned by Advanced Koryo or used under authorization.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially reused without prior written permission.

Section 25

Data Protection and Customer Information

Customer information may be used for purposes including:

• Processing service requests

• Communication

• Preparing quotations and invoices

• Vehicle purchasing

• Export and shipping

• Compliance with legal and commercial requirements

Customer data shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.

Section 26

Amendments to These Terms

Advanced Koryo may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the version in effect at the time the customer submits the order or purchases the service shall apply to that transaction.

Section 27

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Advanced Koryo and the customer shall first attempt to resolve any dispute arising from a service or vehicle transaction through good-faith negotiation.

The contractual relationship shall be subject to the laws and legal rules specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase agreement, or transaction-specific agreement, without limiting any mandatory consumer or statutory rights that cannot legally be waived.

Section 28

Customer Acceptance

By selecting:

"I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions"

and subsequently submitting a request or making payment, the customer confirms their electronic acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as they apply to the requested service or transaction.
