Section 01
Introduction & Definitions
“The Company” refers to Advanced Koryo, comprising its two registered entities: 어드밴스드고려 유한회사 (South Korea) and Advanced Koryo Est. (Saudi Arabia).
“The Client” refers to the individual or entity submitting a request via the service request form.
“The Supplier” refers to any factory, supplier, or trading party in South Korea contacted or negotiated with under the scope of the service.
Section 02
Nature and Scope of Service
The Company provides trade intermediary and coordination services between the Client and suppliers in the Korean market, which may include:
Supplier and factory verification
Business communication and negotiation
Sourcing and procurement
Inspection and quality control
Shipping and logistics follow-up
The Company acts solely as an intermediary and facilitator, and is not a party to the final contract between the Client and the Supplier unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Section 03
Submitting a Request Creates No Obligation
Completing and submitting the service request form does not create any financial obligation for the Client.
The Company reviews each request and determines whether to accept it; upon acceptance, the Client is provided with the scope of work, applicable activation fee, and payment method before any work begins.
Section 04
Service and Activation Fees
Activation fees vary according to the type of service and the agreed scope of work, and are specified in the service proposal sent to the Client after the request is accepted.
No communication, sourcing, negotiation, or follow-up work with any supplier begins until the activation fee is paid and payment is confirmed by the Company.
Section 05
Refund Policy and Invoice Credit
If the request proceeds to an actual purchase or sourcing transaction through the Company, the activation fee paid is fully credited against the final invoice.
The activation fee is non-refundable once actual work has begun (supplier communication or sourcing has commenced), as compensation for time and effort regardless of the transaction’s outcome.
If the Company is unable to deliver any outcome within the agreed scope and timeframe for reasons attributable to the Company, the full amount paid will be refunded to the Client.
The Company bears no responsibility for a failure to reach a commercial agreement with a supplier where this is due to the supplier’s own terms, or to a change in the Client’s requirements after work has begun.
Section 06
Payment Methods
Payment is made by bank transfer to the Company’s designated accounts as specified in the service proposal (the Korea-based local account or the main account, as applicable).
The Client is responsible for all wire transfer fees and currency exchange differences.
No payment is considered confirmed until it has actually been received in the Company’s account and receipt is confirmed in writing.
Section 07
Client Obligations
The Client agrees to provide the Company with accurate and complete information regarding the request, product, and required specifications, and to respond to the Company’s inquiries within a reasonable time.
The Client bears sole responsibility for any delay or outcome arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided.
Section 08
Limitation of Liability
The Company acts solely as an intermediary and facilitator of business communication and negotiation. It does not guarantee:
Product quality
The Supplier’s adherence to timelines
Conformity of actual specifications
The success of shipping or customs clearance
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from dealings with a Supplier, and its maximum liability in all cases shall be limited to the fees actually paid by the Client to the Company.
Section 09
Confidentiality
The Company shall keep the Client’s business information confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party except as necessary to perform the agreed service or as required by law.
Section 10
Non-Circumvention
The Client agrees not to contact directly, or complete any transaction outside the Company with, any supplier or factory introduced by the Company, for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of introduction, unless the Company agrees otherwise in writing.
Section 11
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing the service resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government shutdowns, or logistics or customs disruptions.
Section 12
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea where the invoicing entity is the Korean entity (Advanced Koryo Co., Ltd.), or the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where the invoicing entity is the Saudi entity (Advanced Koryo Est.).
Disputes shall first be pursued through amicable settlement; failing that, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court of the contracting entity’s jurisdiction.
Section 13

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on the official website, mykoryo.com.
