Advanced Koryo Return & Exchange Policy

At Advanced Koryo Co., Ltd., your trust and satisfaction are our top priorities. To ensure the highest standards, every car figure, accessory, and garment undergoes a rigorous quality check before being shipped to you.

Return & Exchange Conditions (Car Figures & Automotive Accessories)

- All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be returned in their original, pristine condition. Car figures must be free of scratches or marks; automotive accessories must not show signs of mounting, installation, or use.
- Products must remain unopened and include all original components, contents, and the exterior packaging (the "collector's box"). For car figures, the box is considered an essential part of the product's value.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any products that have been opened, installed, used, or are not in their original factory condition.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and confirmed on mykoryo.com, cancellations, modifications, or full refunds are strictly not allowed. This policy ensures our fulfillment team can immediately process, pack, and ship your items without delay. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps to allow us to resolve the issue:

1- Take a clear photo and video of the damaged product and its shipping box within 24 hours of receipt. We strongly advise filming an uninterrupted unboxing video when opening your parcel as vital verification.

2- Email the documentation along with your Order Number to: Ayman@mykoryo.com

Our team will guide you through the return or replacement process once the damage is verified.

Refunds & Shipping Fees

- Approved returns for car figures and automotive accessories will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are fully processed only after we have received the returned product and verified its condition through a physical inspection. This process typically takes up to 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Please note that the customer bears all shipping costs for returns. Initial shipping fees and return postage are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges (Lifestyle Clothing & Bags)

We strive for perfection in every piece of automotive-inspired apparel and gear. If your purchase isn't quite right, we accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date.

Return Eligibility:

To ensure a smooth return process, please verify that your item(s) meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
- All original tags, garment bags, and branded packaging must be intact and included.
- The item must be returned in its original Advanced Koryo delivery bag or box to ensure protection.
- For hygiene and business reasons, lifestyle/fashion accessories and items marked as 'SALE' are final sale and do not qualify for return or exchange.

Refund Process: Shop Credits

Please note that Advanced Koryo does not offer cash or original payment method refunds for lifestyle apparel and bags. All approved returns are processed exclusively as Shop Credits issued to your account at mykoryo.com.

- Shop Credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
- Credits can be used partially or in full for any future purchase.
- Once your return is received and inspected, credits will be issued to your account within 3 business days.

Shipping & Responsibility:

- All postal fees, customs duties, and import taxes related to returns are the sole responsibility of the customer.
-  We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Advanced Koryo is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the standards outlined above. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may be required to ship it back to you at your expense.
