Overview

"We", "us" and "Advanced Koryo" mean 어드밴스드고려 유한회사 (Advanced Koryo), Korea business registration no. 851-86-03428.

We operate mykoryo.com to sell vehicle sourcing and export services, other services in Korea, and merchandise (the "Services").

By using our website or Services, you agree to these Terms, our Return and Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the website and Services.

1. Access and account

  • You confirm you are of legal age in your country of residence.
  • You may be asked for your name, email, payment and shipping details. You are responsible for keeping them accurate and confidential.
  • You may not transfer, sell or share your account with others.

2. Products and services

  • We describe our vehicles, services and products as accurately as we can. Colors on your screen may differ from the real item.
  • Prices, specifications and offers may change or end at any time.
  • Vehicle photos and videos are based on our inspection reports. Product images are for illustration.
  • Advanced Koryo is an independent buyer and seller. Brand names such as Hyundai, Kia, Mercedes-Benz and Jo Malone belong to their owners, and we are not affiliated with them unless stated.

3. Orders and acceptance

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it.
  • An order is accepted only after we confirm full payment.
  • Please check your order carefully. Vehicle orders cannot be cancelled after shipping has started or export documents have been issued.
  • Cancellations and refunds follow our Return and Refund Policy.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in USD and may change without notice.
  • Prices do not include taxes, shipping or customs duties unless stated.
  • You are responsible for the full agreed amount, including inspection, shipping, insurance and customs clearance in your country.
  • Service fees marked as "credited" are deducted from your final invoice, as described on each product page.

5. Shipping and delivery

  • Vehicles are shipped by approved sea carriers. All shipping dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, ports or customs.
  • Ownership and risk of a vehicle pass to you once it is handed to the shipping company and the bill of lading is issued.
  • Merchandise ships from South Korea. Delivery time and cost depend on your country.

6. Vehicle inspection

  • For vehicle purchases, we inspect in 2 stages before shipping:
    1. Initial inspection of the mechanical and structural condition.
    2. Final inspection before shipping, with a full report, photos and videos sent to you.
  • Once you approve the final report and pay in full, the sale is final and the vehicle ships on the next available vessel to your nearest port.

7. Returns and refunds

  • All returns, refunds and compensation follow our Return and Refund Policy.
  • We are not responsible for damage during shipping. Shipping damage claims go to the shipping company or your insurer.

8. Intellectual property

  • All text, images and content on this website belong to Advanced Koryo or are used under licence.
  • You may not copy or republish any content without our written permission.
  • The Advanced Koryo name and logo are our brand and may not be used without permission.

9. Third-party links and services

  • Our website may link to other websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or policies.
  • Any dealings with third parties are at your own risk.

10. Privacy

  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.

11. Limitation of liability

  • Advanced Koryo, its partners and service providers are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage from your use of the website, Services or products.
  • You are responsible for evaluating and using the information and Services on this website.

12. Governing law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without conflicting with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

13. Changes

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Using the website after an update means you accept the new Terms.
