Advanced Koryo searches for, inspects, negotiates, purchases, exports and ships new and used vehicles from South Korea to buyers worldwide. We are an exporter and service provider, not a broker: we handle the vehicle ourselves rather than passing you on to a third party.

How the process works
- Tell us what you need. Model, year, budget and destination port. Or send us a link to a car you have already found.
- We search. We work through Korean dealer platforms, showrooms and auctions and come back with shortlisted options, photos and specifications.
- Verification. Vehicle history checks and inspection options, plus detailed photo sets and walkaround video.
- You approve. No vehicle is purchased before you confirm it in writing.
- Purchase and export documents. We buy the vehicle and prepare the export paperwork.
- Shipping. Vehicle protection, loading and shipment to your destination port, with updates until arrival.
Inspection and verification
Before you commit to a vehicle you can request a history report covering recorded accidents, ownership and mileage records, and a physical inspection where one is available for that vehicle. We also send detailed photographs and video so you can judge condition yourself. Inspection options and their costs are quoted per vehicle, because availability differs between dealer stock and auction stock. See Inspection & Quality for detail.
Purchasing and payment
Every quotation is itemised: vehicle price, our service fee, inland transport inside Korea, export handling and shipping. You see the breakdown before anything is paid. Deposit amounts, payment stages, cancellation and refund rules are set out in full in our Terms and Conditions for Vehicle Search, Purchase and Export. Banking details are issued with your individual quotation, never published on this site.
Export and shipping
Vehicles ship by RoRo or container depending on the destination and the vehicle. We prepare the export declaration and shipping documents and arrange loading from a Korean port. Transit times and routing depend on your destination; we confirm both in your quotation. See Shipping & Markets.
What is included and what is not
Included: vehicle search and shortlisting, negotiation with the seller, purchase on your behalf, export documentation, vehicle protection and loading, shipping arrangement, and updates through to arrival at the destination port.
Not included: customs duties and taxes in the destination country, port and clearance charges at destination, local registration and plating, modifications required by local regulations, and marine insurance unless it is quoted to you separately.
Frequently asked questions
Can I import a Korean car into my country? Import rules vary widely: age limits, left- or right-hand drive, emissions standards and homologation all differ. Tell us your destination and we will tell you what we know about the requirements before you commit to a vehicle.
Do you sell only used cars? No. We handle both new and used vehicles.
Can I send you a car I found myself? Yes. Send the link and we will verify the listing, check the vehicle and quote you for purchase and export.
When do I pay, and what if I change my mind? Payment stages, deposits, cancellation and refunds are all defined in our published terms. Read them before you place a request.
