2. Who you contract with
The company named on your invoice or written agreement is the company that provides your service and receives your payment. Unless your invoice says otherwise, vehicle sourcing, purchase and export from Korea is provided by Advanced Koryo Co., Ltd. (Korea). Advanced Koryo LLC (Saudi Arabia) serves customers in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
3. Complaints
Email us with your order number and a description of the problem. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to give a full answer within 14 days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the Korea Consumer Agency (1372) if you are in Korea, or the Saudi Ministry of Commerce (1900) if you are in Saudi Arabia.
