Shipping Policy
All orders ship from South Korea. This policy covers every product sold by Advanced Koryo on mykoryo.com.
1. Vehicles, trucks & equipment
- Shipped by sea with approved carriers, on the next available vessel to your nearest port.
- Typical timeline: about 1 week to find and secure your vehicle, plus 3 days for export paperwork. Sea shipping time is added after that, and we confirm it with your landed-cost breakdown.
- All shipping dates are estimates and may change due to weather, ports or customs.
- Ownership and risk pass to you once the vehicle is handed to the shipping company and the bill of lading is issued.
- We are not responsible for damage during shipping. Claims go to the shipping company or your insurer.
2. Merchandise
- Dispatched within 3 business days of payment.
- Delivery time and shipping cost depend on your country and are shown at checkout or confirmed with you before shipping.

3. Spare parts
- We ship sourced parts to your destination once your final invoice is paid.
- Shipping method, time and cost are confirmed with you in your quote.
4. Services
- Reports are delivered by WhatsApp and email. Other services (chauffeur, trade fair, business coordination) are provided in Korea and involve no shipping.
5. Customs, duties and taxes
- Customs duties, taxes and clearance fees in your country are paid by you, unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping fees, customs duties and taxes are not refundable.
6. Your shipping details
- Please make sure your name, address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.
