How It Works

From Your Request to Your Port

Every Advanced Koryo order follows the same sequence. You know what stage you are at, what happens next, and what it costs before it happens.

Step 1 — Request

You send us the vehicle, part, or product you want, along with your budget, destination country, and any specification requirements.

Step 2 — Search & Shortlist

We search Korean dealer listings and auction platforms and return a shortlist of real, currently available units with photos, model year, mileage, and condition grade.

Step 3 — Quotation

You receive a written cost breakdown so you can see what you are committing to before you commit to it.

Step 4 — Confirmation & Deposit

You confirm the unit you want and place a deposit. The unit is then reserved against your order.

Step 5 — Inspection

Before the purchase is completed, the vehicle is inspected and photographed in Korea. You receive the report and images. If the unit does not match its listing, we stop and go back to shortlist rather than proceeding.

Step 6 — Purchase & Documentation

We complete the purchase, handle de-registration and export paperwork, and prepare the document set required by your destination customs authority.

Step 7 — Inland Transport & Port Handling

The unit is transported to the port of loading and cleared for export.

Step 8 — Shipping

The unit is loaded and shipped to your destination port. You receive the bill of lading and shipping documents, and can track the vessel.

Step 9 — Arrival & Handover

Documents are released to you or your clearing agent at destination. We stay reachable through customs clearance and remain your point of contact until the unit is in your hands.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your quotation and confirmed in writing before any funds are transferred. We do not ask for money on terms you have not already agreed to.
