At Advanced Koryo, we strive for perfection in every garment. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 calendar days from the shipping date.
Return Eligibility
To ensure a smooth return process, please verify that your item(s) meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
- Original Packaging: All original tags, garment bags, and packaging must be intact and included.
- Integrity: The item must be returned in its original Advanced Koryo delivery bag or box.
- Exclusions: For hygiene and business reasons, accessories and items marked as 'SALE' are final sale and do not qualify for return or exchange.
Refund Process: Shop Credits
Please note that Advanced Koryo does not offer cash refunds. All approved returns are processed as Shop Credits issued to your account at mykoryo.com.
- Validity: Shop Credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
- Flexibility: Credits can be used partially or in full for any future purchase.
- Verification: Once your return is received and inspected, credits will be issued to your account within 3 business days.
Shipping & Responsibility
- Costs: All postal fees, customs duties, and import taxes related to returns are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Advanced Koryo is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
- Inspection: We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the standards outlined above. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may be required to ship it back to you at your expense.

Advanced Koryo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to all orders placed after the modification date. Orders confirmed prior to any changes will follow the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
1. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Advanced Koryo and is protected by international copyright laws. All rights are reserved under the Copyright Act of 2019. Any unauthorized use of our materials is strictly prohibited.
2. Limitation of Liability
Advanced Koryo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the products offered on this site. Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Pricing & Typographical Errors
While we strive for 100% accuracy, errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur.
- Correction Rights: If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Advanced Koryo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.
- Notification: If your order is affected by a pricing error, we will contact you to ask if you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.
4. Currency & International Pricing
Our primary currency is the South Korean Won (KRW). Prices shown in other currencies (such as USD or local currencies) are estimates based on current exchange rates and are subject to market fluctuations.
- Final Price: The final price you pay is the one displayed on the specific product page at the time of checkout (excluding shipping and taxes).
5. Website Usage & Conduct
We maintain a respectful environment for all users. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, use of abusive language, or impersonation of Advanced Koryo employees or other visitors.
- Uploading or distributing content that is defamatory, illegal, or violates the rights of others.
- Using the site for unauthorized commercial promotion or to solicit users for other services.
6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
- Shipping Method: We select the most appropriate carrier for your delivery. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from the carrier’s operations.
- Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Advanced Koryo are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. * Claims: Any claims for damages during transit must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Approval: Returns and cancellations are only accepted with prior approval from our team.
- Fees: For approved returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. A restocking fee of $100 or 20% of the order value (whichever is greater) may apply.
- Special Orders: Custom or special orders cannot be returned unless they were sent in error by our company.
8. Taxes & Import Licenses
Our prices do not include local taxes, VAT, or customs duties. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties or taxes required by their local authorities. It is also the customer’s responsibility to secure any necessary import licenses.
9. Force Majeure (Circumstances Beyond Our Control)
Advanced Koryo is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, strikes, government restrictions, fuel shortages, or shipping delays.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
- Arbitration: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled through binding arbitration administered by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) under its current rules.
- Language: All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of this agreement and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase or registering an account, you acknowledge that you have selected the products based on your own judgment and intended use, and that you will comply with all applicable local laws regarding the use of the goods.
