1. Shipping

  1. Processing: orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  2. Carriers: we ship with DHL, FedEx or EMS, depending on destination and package size.
  3. Delivery time: Gulf region 5–10 business days; rest of the world 7–14 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
  4. Delays: customs, weather, strikes or other events outside our control (force majeure) can delay delivery. We are not liable for such delays.
  5. Duties and taxes: orders ship duties unpaid (DDU). Import duties, VAT and clearance fees in your country are your responsibility.
  6. Address accuracy: please check your address and phone number. Packages returned or lost because of a wrong address are at your cost to re-ship.
  7. Risk of loss: risk passes to you when we hand the package to the carrier. Claims for loss or transit damage go through the carrier, and we help you with documents and photos.

2. Collectible figures and accessories

  1. Return window: 7 days from delivery.
  2. Condition: unopened, in pristine condition, with the collector's box intact.
  3. Cancellations: orders cannot be cancelled after order confirmation.
  4. Damaged or wrong item: email photo and video within 24 hours of delivery to Ayman@mykoryo.com.
  5. Refunds: issued to the original payment method after we inspect the returned item, within up to 14 days.
  6. Return shipping: paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

3. Apparel and bags

  1. Return window: 7 days from delivery, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
  2. Final sale: items marked SALE and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. Refund form: refunds for apparel and bags are issued as Shop Credit, valid for 90 days.
  4. Timing: Shop Credit is issued within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  5. Exchanges: contact us first so we can check stock for your size or colour.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this page.

4. How to start a return

  1. Message us on WhatsApp or email Ayman@mykoryo.com with your order number and photos.
  2. We confirm whether the item qualifies and send return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back, well packed, and send us the tracking number.
  4. We inspect it and issue your refund or Shop Credit.
